The exterior signage for Aid Association for Lutherans (now Thrivent Financial for Lutherans) complemented the classic contemporary architecture of the company’s home office.

Using a standard system of anodized aluminum components simplified the fabrication process for the signage and facilitated future changes to the signs.
As part of this program, Corbin actually designed two identification signs. The initial design was a red “disk” 16 feet in diameter that depicted the company’s logo at the time.

A new sign was designed and installed in 1999 that reflected a change in the company’s identity, placing emphasis on the company’s full name.
