Doug brings more than a decade of graphic design experience to Corbin. He first joined the firm in 1999 following two years with a brand and design consultancy in Denver, Colorado. After taking a sabbatical from Corbin in 2001 to pursue his other passions—stained glass and taking a more active role in caring for his son Rowan—he returned in 2006 with a fresh focus on environmental graphic design. Doug’s design experience includes identity development, Web and Flash design, website architecture and wayfinding. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ferris State University with a degree in visual communication. Before embarking on his design career, Doug accepted a different sort of mission—he served as a U.S. Army Sergeant in Operation Desert Storm, earning a Bronze Star in the process.
